A women’s dance costume for ‘A Full Moon in March’ which premiered February 10, 1951, at the Brodbeck Auditorium in Maryland. (.1) Yellow synthetic stretch knit with circular neckline and flared full-length skirt. (.2) Headpiece with corded crown and chin strap. (.3) Papier mache mask prop. Costume designer and maker, Bernice Lehman. Worn by Gertrude Lippincott of Minnesota. Lippincott was a prominent dancer, choreographer and teacher.
