Berry dish

Berry dish made in 1864 in the Bohemia region of Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic) and used by Mary Shumway Heywood Chase. Chase’s husband, George L. Chase, gave the dish to Mary Heywood Folwell, daughter of writer and academic William Watts Folwell. The dish, which was sometimes used to serve molded wine jelly, is made of Bohemian glass and sits in a silver standard.
