Unopened Pepto-Bismol bottle from 1960

Pepto-Bismol bottle manufactured by the Norwich Pharmacal Company of Norwich, New York in 1960. The bottle was one of many supplies kept in a nuclear fallout shelter maintained by Hennepin County in Minnesota, and retailed for $1.69.

    It would certainly be a credit to the Norwich Pharmacal Company if it were, but at this point I think a dose from this bottle would cause an upset stomach sooner than cure it.
