Letter from the Horstman Brothers Company to Governor Alexander Ramsey regarding flags for the 3rd Regiment.

“Nov 20/61 Gov Alex Ramsey St. Pauls Minn
Sir Inclosed please find Bill for Stand of colors for 2[nd] Min Vol Sent to Col Van Cleve – Care Gen. Sherman Louisville Ky. – The amt we will Draw for at 10 days as you directed when you were here.
The flags for the 3rd Regt. are now Ready, and will be forwarded as Soon as you give us the direction. – They have been well printed, and are made of the Best materials.
