Cartridge box

United States Army Model 1855 bridle leather cartridge box on a buff leather shoulder belt.  The box has belt loops, metal roller buckles, an implement pouch and two tin box inserts, and was carried by Henry A. Swift of New Ulm, Minnesota during the Civil War.
