Highlights from the Crump Collection
In the fall of 2008, Minnesota lost two of its most ardent art enthusiasts, Robert L. and Patricia Kennedy Crump. In memory of their life in art, the Crump family donated over 100 objects to the Minnesota Historical Society, including art, photographs and 3D objects. This audio slide show, narrated by Curator of Art Brian Szott, highlights this generous gift.

Thanks to the MHS for this enlightening video, and to the Crumps for their dedication to Minnesota artists. It was a pleasure viewing this video, and I hope there will be an opportunity to see the entire collection at the MHS.

Stephen, thanks for the kind words. Indeed, we are working on providing a link from the slide show to the entire collection. Hopefully, we’ll have that up and running by later this summer. In addition, we are planning \Selections from the Crump Family Collection\ at the James J. Hill House Art Gallery for this fall/winter–for a first person experience with the work.
