Mitch Omer, the celebrated chef at Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in downtown Minneapolis, will share his tips on making the famous Lemon-Ricotta Hotcakes in the Mill City Muesum Baking Lab this Saturday Oct. 10. at 1, 2, and 3 pm. The Minnesota Daily recently profiled the rare books collection at the Elmer L. Andersen Library at the University of Minnestoa. The U’s library system is the 15th largest research library in North America. It also includes possibly the biggest collection of Sherlock Holmes books and publications, including a novel that belonged to Tsaritsa Alexandra of Russia.

So, this week, everyone’s a Twins fan, but how well do you really know Minnesota baseball?
